We value the relationship we have with our
family-owned workshop partners, each of them has a unique story to which
we connect deeply. From women empowerment to giving adult orphans a
livelihood, each workshop does important work in their communities. The
raw materials for LaLu bags are bought locally and the fabrics are woven
by the workshops themselves!

As part of our commitment to their
growth, we ensure fair compensation and healthy working conditions. We
also directly influence the compensation of many craftswomen and
craftsmen!
